Summery of frequent queries / highlighted areas regarding our Policies...

  • Our notice period to withdraw  from your child's place is ONE calendar month. If your circumstances change or you decide we are not right for your child / family, please let a manager know and follow up in writing / email.
  • Our COVID risk assessment is regularly reviewed. Our setting is cleaned and disinfected daily.
  • The exclusion for Sickness and diarrhoea is 48hours from last bout. This is to ensure children are well when they attend our setting and to prevent the spread of any infection.
  • No Mobile phones (with cameras) or devices with recordable functions to be brought into setting. We have a Safe box available to store during any visit. You will be asked on arrival to lock any devices away, this is to ensure the safety of our children, attending the nursery.
  • Regular late collections will result in a late collection penalty of £15 for up to 30minutes lateness. This is to cover extra last minute staffing costs and to prevent regular late occurrences.
  • Any medicine brought into nursery MUST be recorded on a medication form and staff clearly notified and given the medication to store safely. Please do not store in your child's bag. All medication must have the prescription label attached and be in its original container / packaging.
