When are we open and how much does it cost?

Session  Prices For Under 5 Year old's

Private paid sessions

Breakfast session 7.30am - 9.00am- £7.50 

Early Doors 8.45am - 9.00am- £2.50 

Morning Session 9.00am - 12.00pm-  £22.50

Afternoon session 12.00pm-3.00pm - £22.50 

Teatime session 3.00pm - 6.00pm - £22.50 

Hourly rate (H)- £7.50 

Full Day rate 7.30am - 6.00pm- £65* &** 

Meal (Lunch or Teatime meal) £2.50 per meal

*includes breakfast

Sessions can be booked in blocks to build childcare to meet your needs. Please call our office (01273 980323 / 933631) for more information or if you have any questions relating to sessions or bookings.

• Our notice period to withdraw  from your child's place is ONE calendar month. If your circumstances change or you decide we are not right for your child / family, please let a manager know and follow up in writing / email.

What about Funding?

At Little Lambs we try to be as flexible as we can to accommodate every families needs. We understand that childcare is costly and so do our best for you to make the most out of your child's funding eligibility.

Our Funding offer for 2024-2025:

Two year funding and Working Families Funding for children under 3 years of age: 

(15* hours per week- Term time or 570 hours stretched across the year)

If you are eligible for this funding you can apply this to your booking during any of our opening hours. You can choose to use the funding term time only, or stretch it over the year to include some or all of the school holidays.

*In September 2025 this entitlement is due to double, i.e from 15 hours per week to 30 Term time or 1140 hours to stretch over the year.

Working Families Funding for children aged 3 and 4 years of age: 

(30 hours per week- Term time or 1140 hours to stretch across the year)

If you are eligible for this funding you can apply this to your booking during the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm. You can choose to use the funding term time only, or stretch it over the year to include some or all of the school holidays.

Universal Funding for children aged 3 and 4 years of age: 

(15 hours per week- Term time or 570 hours to stretch across the year)

We require all families to provide a snack donation for funded sessions. This can be fruit or vegetables and deposited in our fruit donation baskets in the entrances to Little Lambs. 

*Please note that there are limited spaces available (as with all of our spaces) and we recommend you book your child's sessions as early as possible. The funding stretched over the year is usually for 47.5weeks instead of term time only (38 weeks per year). However we want families to benefit from their eligibilty as much as possible, for some families this would be to stretch their child's funded hours over more weeks.
